Subdivision clearance applications

The subdivision clearance process is an important step in the lot creation process. The below tables show (i) the current subdivision clearance applications lodged with the City and (ii) the subdivision clearance applications recently determined by the City. In the second table, "Partial Clearances" refer to when the City only issues clearance for some (not all) of the relevant conditions, due to the applicant not completing the required work and/or not submitting the relevant information. If you have any queries as to why the City issued a Partial Clearance for a specific subdivision, please contact the relevant applicant.
